introduces its new VI1003 Miniature Video Balun for sending Video
signals over unshielded twisted pair wires up to 1,000 feet (330m). The
VI1003M’s extreme compact size allows it to fit anywhere that a BNC can
fit. It is ideal for mounting inside virtually any camera housings without
any additional cabling. It is compatible with all qualified cameras with
built-in UTP transmitter. It uses category 2-5 twisted pair, easy to
install, cost effective, and do not require power. Its outstanding
interference immunity ensures quality video images. The VI1003M can
transport quality video up to 3,000 feet (1000m) when is used with

Middle East
Vigitron, Inc. is

Headed by Zeinoun Nazha, Links AV has a regional office in Beirut, Lebanon

Vigitron introduces
32-port Passive and Active twisted pair video receiver HUBs
The Vigitron
VI6032HR is a
32-port 1U rack-mountable active twisted pair video receiver HUB. It
provides quality video over 6000 feet (2000 m) of point-to-point
unshielded twisted pair (UTP) wires when used with VI6000VT transmitter.
It also can be used with Vigitron passive UTP transceivers for distances
up to 3000 feet (1000 m). The VI6032HR is compatible with all
qualified UTP cameras. It
requires 110-220 V AC. The VI6032 provides 70 dB noise immunity as well as
built-in surge protection, and ground-lifting. There is only one distance
adjustment for each video port.
The Vigitron VI1032HR
is a 32-port 1U rack-mountable passive Twisted pair video transceiver HUB.
It provides quality video
over 1000 feet (330 m) of UTP wires when used with Vigitron passive UTP
transceivers. It is compatible with all qualified UTP cameras. The

Vigitron Releases It's
4-Channel UTP CCTV Transceiver - VI1004/VI6004
Vigitron Inc.
announced today that it is now shipping Active
and Passive 4-Channel UTP CCTV Transceivers.
The VI1004 (passive)
and the VI6004
(active) are 4-Channel UTP CCTV
Transceivers are devices which are designed for sending Video signals over
unshielded twisted pair wires up to 1,000 feet (passive version) or up to
6,000 feet (active version).
They use Category 2-5
twisted pair wires, is easy to install, and cost effective. This receiver
has built-in surge suppression to protect video equipment against damaging
voltage spikes and provide noise immunity to ensure quality signals
without disturbing "hum-bars". The distance for each channel is easily
adjustable using a single potentiometer. A green LED indicates video
presence for each channel. This hub offers quality video in a highly
integrated and cost-effective package. Up to three VI6004HR can be rack
mounted using VI0010 panel to make a low-cost 12 channel HUB. It is ideal
for a wide variety of CCTV applications.
